Built in 1901, this limestone Renaissance Revival townhouse was carefully taken apart and rebuilt to combine modern spaces and building systems with its original structure. We inserted three contemporary bathrooms and two new kitchens into a framework of one-hundred-year-old white oak trim and floors and delicate plaster moldings to bring this house into the 21st Century. Furnishings include vintage, contemporary, and custom pieces set in a pale palette of grey, pink, ivory, and white.
