Chelsea Residence

New York, NY

A 1939 Art Deco apartment is the backdrop for an eclectic mix of vintage twentieth-century furniture, contemporary art, family heirlooms, and a sleek new kitchen and bath.

Living room view with danish modern chairs with large blue and brass couch. Artrail with painting and tapestry and walls painted grays, white, and yellow colors.

An abstract paint pattern in the living room is informed by the path of sunlight across the walls and ceiling, while pink dip-dyed curtains filter daylight in the bedroom, infusing the spaces with soft colors.

Modern low shelf with books, artwork in front, sculpture on top and a plant. Shag carpet and glass coffee table in the foreground.
White kitchen cabinets with a marble backsplash. Shelving with wood accents and neatly arranged glassware.
Bedroom with a patterned carpet, chrome ceiling light and small dog artwork. Sheer curtain with a pink accent and white walls in the background.
Bathroom vanity, shower, and WC. Marble tile with peach mirror above sink.
