This West Village Colonial Revival townhouse built in 1890 had been gutted by previous owners. Our studio re-established the grand parlor room by adding a modern opening with bronze columns between the parlor and stair hall.
High-gloss white lacquer cabinetry and a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings link the spaces throughout the house. On the ground floor, small windows were replaced with a sliding glass façade that links the kitchen and garden.
Perry approves of our custom bronze and pink marble coffee table in the new media room.
