Estate Pool House

Miami, FL

 

Part of a large family estate, these structures contain the pool house, gym, spa and guest suite. The interiors incorporate oolitic limestone harvested from the site along with terrazzo floors and cedar siding inside and out. The furniture and finishes follow with a palette of soft sandy colors. Important vintage pieces are highlighted against more simple built-ins.  Custom teak and bronze lounge chairs, chaises, and a dining table for twelve populate the roof top for entertaining day and night.
